Refund policy are voided if,
- The primary style conception has been approved.
- You have demanded more then 5 revisions.
- The consumer is unresponsive or out of contact for over a pair of weeks of project.
- Company’s policies, or policy, are desecrated.
- Other company or designer has been approached for identical project.
- The inventive transient is lacking in needed data.
- The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span which is 30 days after placing the order.
- The business is closing or dynamical name or business.
Reasons like ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or alternative reasons that don’t pertain to the service won’t be subject to refund.
- If a consumer subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be discontent with a specific service, refund can solely be applicable thereon explicit service and ‘not’ the whole bundle.
- No refund may be claimed/processed once the ultimate files are delivered to you following your request.
- Refund and revision expressly doesn’t apply on things offered free.
- In case of internet sites, refunds won’t be pleased once the consumer has approved the look and also the website development has started.
Note: We’ve got all rights to accept or reject any project or cancel the contract whenever it deems necessary. Once the refund/Dispute has been completed, you will not have any rights to use the files/designs for any purpose, they’ll be our sole property.

You can send us an email with the subject line as “Refund Order ID:1234” at email@example.com. The person in contact with you will forward these details and refund will be made immediately within 24 to 48 hours.
